Resonance RepatterningTM is an awesome work that helps to clear unhealthy, non-coherent patterns of action, belief, and emotion from our system to empower us to make the forward progress we want in any/or all areas. It is also a simple & powerful way to make positive changes.

I have a friend (Marja Shelley) that is helping me with this work on myself. We’ve been doing sessions for each other for about two years now and it has really made some big differences in my life. The more I do this work the more I find it can do & the more I love doing Resonance RepatterningTM.

It is always fun to see how so many things are connected, even though we don’t see 0r understand how. In one session Marja was helping me with setting some personal boundries (work related I thought.) When I went home that evening something amazing happened. I actually had a conversation with my teenage son, instead of having an argument with him(which is what was normally happening every day.)!!! It had gotten almost to the point that I didn’t want to go home because I didn’t want to go through the arguing. Suddenly we were really talking, hearing each other, and communicating!!!  How great was that!

There have been many other changes as well, lots of them. Ask my daughter, she’ll agree that I have been making changes. In fact she commented on that just the other day as we were talking. I’m so close to the forest that I can’t always see the trees(changes in myself) at least not all of them all the time.

Monthly Essential Oil Specials

Each month I am going to feature and talk about essential oils from Butterfly Express. I do this brand of oils because this is the line of essential oils that I am most familiar with. I know the woman that has started this company. I love the blending that she does, and I feel that she is divinely guided in her blending of oils. These oils are high quality oils at good prices. I have most of their blends in stock and some of the single oils. If I don’t have it , it only takes four days to get it in when ordered.

This week I am featuring;

		LeDeliverance It strengthens the immune system; eliminates bacteria, fungus and is a potent anti-viral. Use for respiratory illnesses, sore throats, strep throats, dental diseases and infections, cold sores, canker sores, cuts, infections, athlete’s foot, toenail fungus, and slivers. A truly great oil. This blend is a good one to always have on hand going into the winter season. Ingredients: clove, eucalyptus, cinnamon, lemon, rosemary, thyme, oregano Affinity for: The immune system, lymphatic system, and the skin. Aromatic Considerations: Diffuse periodically for one half hour at a time, during the cold/flu season to eliminate air-borne critters. Application:Can soak the family toothbrushes for clearing after illness by using one drop in a cup of water or place a drop on toothbrush at least once a day. Can also be added to dish water if anyone in the family is ill. Apply LeDeliverance alternately with LeLife Force – one drop of one oil on the K1’s (acupressure points on the feet) and a drop of the other oil on the thymus in the evening. Healers Help Each Other

I have been learning about energy & healing/working with energy these last few years (4-6 years) since I started my training as a body worker/massage therapist.  I have come to learn about the power of groups, even if it is only two- that is a group. This power is not just the power of one plus the power of the second person. It is more like the power is being exponentially multiplied as people join together in a group and have the same intention. This makes change in anything happen much faster & easier than one person working alone can accomplish.

Also, have you heard the phrase; ” you’re too close to the forest to see the trees”? We are each, most of the time, too close to our problems to be able to see or deal with them really objectively. Which means we need to ask others to help us with all/any sorts of problems, especially for healing/health issues, because of the amazing power of the group but also because we can’t always do our own healing, or get as deep into a problem as is needed to clear the problem.

Last night Marja Shelly sponsored a time, for anyone who has taken a class on Theta healing, to practice on each other. There was a teacher present so any questions could be answered also.

I have taken one class and so had a lot of questions and didn’t feel very confident in  using Theta to do any healing, especially 0n myself. This practice session last night was so good! It was fun getting acquainted with other Theta practitioners, having time (and someone else) to work on & with lots of the different parts and processes. A side benefit was getting some healing done on me.  I learned so much!

We have decided to do this about every two weeks. It is open to anyone who has taken a class on Theta healing and wants to practice or get some help. The next meeting will be Thursday, Feb. 26 from 7-9 pm at 1399 S. 700 E. Suite #9, the Healing Spirit Arts office of Marja Shelly, in Salt lake City

Has anyone had any experience, gotten any information about, or heard anything about live kidney transplants? If so please pass this information on to me. I hear that live transplants are 75% more likely to be accepted by the recipient’s body.  I would like to know of any groups or organizations that deal with this subject, especially any here in town. It sure would be helpful to gain knowledge of all aspects of this to be able to answer others’ questions knowledgeably. Thank you for sharing with me.

Basic Essential Oils 101

Hi Everyone,

Let’s talk about essential oils. What are they? They are plant essences, not really oils at all. It takes a pound of plant to get a few drops, so they are very potent and concentrated. That is why only a few drops are used at a time. Essential oils have been around  and used for thousands of years. There is evidence that the Egyptians used essential oils as have the Chinese. There are more than a few times they are talked about in the Bible too.

There are many uses for essential oils as well. Some uses of today are in perfumes, and in healings on all levels; physical, spiritual, emotional, & mental.

I am offering 2 hour classes on essential oils basics. They will be held at 1399 S. 700 E. Suite #9 on Tuesday evening Feb 3 at 6pm, and Wednesday morning Feb. 4 at 11 am in the same office. Why Resonance Repatterning?

Hello people,

I want to talk about how I came to Resonance Repatterning.

I went to a woman for an energy healing because I was tired of hurting all the time. When I didn’t feel any better after the healing the woman said that I had some sort of block that was keeping my system from accepting  and using the energy to heal my body, and that this was not unusual. She also said that she had a process that would help me remove those blocks and deal with any sort of problem. A system that would help me change the noncoherent (negative) vibrations or frequencies of these problems, things that I don’t want,  into positive frequencies of things I did want, so that those good things could/would come into my life (you know, living and using the Law of Attraction). I was so tired of hurting that I was willing to try just about anything and it didn’t sound like I would be any worse off if this system didn’t work. No harm in trying, so I did. She also suggested that I schedule for 3 sessions to really feel the difference.

It didn’t take all three sessions for me to feel the difference or to realize what a difference this could make in dealing with more of my problems.

I was hurting partly because of a horrendous auto accident I had been in where I almost died. I was attracted to massage therapy for healing on the physical level, but had come to learn/understand that emotions are connected to happenings in the muscles as well. This new system could help me heal on this emotional level as well as on the physical level.

Because of other happenings in my life I also know from seeing counselors, psychologists the pain of going back through things over & over again to get all the details they think is necessary to deal with what ever is going on that needs to be fixed. This new system doesn’t require an invasion of your privacy to get all the details but is still very effective in helping make good positive changes to deal with problems. Yea! Hooray!!

This new system is Resonance Repatterning. It works with your system( body, mind, spirit) to find out what you are ready to change, then helps you do it. So it is a simple, non-invasive, won’t push you past your safe boundaries, system that works for your personal highest and best good. On anything you want to change, work on, or improve whether it is increased performance in business, dealing with personal issues, increased artistic production, or athletic performance, anything.

It has helped me relate better with my teenagers so we could actually communicate instead of always fighting. It has helped me do better work  & relate to customers better. I’m now able to get up in front of a group to do demos & presentations. I better  present myself  in my marketing of my business. I feel more confident in all areas, and more loving and at peace within myself.

Marja Shelley is the woman that introduced me to Resonance Repatterning. Then She brought teachers into town to teach this process to anyone who wanted to learn how to do & use this system themselves. So I started taking classes and learning how to do it myself and have loved it! So I took more classes so I could help others with this system. That is how I came to be a student practitioner of Resonance Repatterning . I haven’t yet taken all the advanced classes that are available, but do plan on continuing my education in this area as I am able to.

I have been doing this work about 2 years now. Marja & I have been exchanging sessions with each other (on a fairly regular basis), helping each other in getting our own work done since we are human & need the help too. I have learned much from her as well as all the others that I have dealt with. I am still learning as I go & loving the system more & more.

How wonderful are FRIENDS

I have been thinking about my friends, how they have helped me, been there for me, and supported me. I feel really lucky to have the friends I do. Today I received an e-mail, you know, one of those you are suppose to forward on to others. These are what I usually send to the recycling bin, but this one is pretty neat. It talks about the people in your life, now, that are your friends. I thought how appropriate for what I was already contemplating, so I sent it on to a few people and have already heard back! HOW WONDERFUL  FRIENDS ARE!
